OP_PUSHDATA4 (0x4e)
The next four bytes (little-endian) give a length; that many following bytes are pushed. The 10,000-byte stack item limit makes it redundant in practice, and minimal-push rules reject it for any size OP_PUSHDATA2 can encode.
