OP_PUSHBYTES_N (0x01–0x4b)

Bytes 0x01 through 0x4b (1–75) are not named instructions: each pushes the next N bytes of the script to the stack, where N is the opcode value. For example, 0x14 pushes the next 20 bytes. Under the minimal-push rule, data of 1–75 bytes must use this form unless a shorter push (such as OP_1–OP_16) exists.
